will it get any better between my 2 cats?
It’s going on 7 months now since I brought a new male 3 year old into my home after one of my girls passed away. The intro did not go very well and over the past months I’ve tried it all to get him to stop being so aggressive. He goes after my female like she’s a bunny rabbit (both are fixed and have claws). She is 5, he’s 3. I’ve never in my life seen such aggression.
I’ve done Feliway products, herbal remedies, spray bottles, catnip, play together, kept one cat closed up in a room. It has progressed but very slowly. Right now as it stands my female hides under the couch when he comes into the room. She’s starting to assert herself more, I noticed. She will come out and sit next to the couch sometimes but always uses the couch as her shield.
He rules the house like a king! I put him in the spare bedroom at night and she runs around the house and has a party. I love them both very much. He is sweet towards me but I feel badly for her.
Fortunately we don’t have problems with the litter boxes (3 of them) and food/water is not a problem. It’s territory and he thinks the house belongs to him. However, good points: during the day he sleeps upstairs and she stays downstairs and has full run. So she’s pretty much under the couch for about 2 hours now, as opposed to 24.
I don’t know what else to do. Thought about doing some harness training on him so he can’t chase after her.
I hear stories all the time from people saying one day they came home and their cats were sitting together after several months. If you have any stories or ideas, let me know.
Also, do you think a THIRD cat would take tension off? My vet said Nancy, that could backfire on you.

Im Confused about Cat5e cabel. Basically Its a 4 pair wire (total 8 wires).?
My DSL and phone line use 2 pairs 4 wires, 2 wires for phone 2 wires for internet, that leaves 2 pairs left. What r these pairs used for? Does your ethernet cable out of your router use all 4 pairs (8wires).
